Meet Chloe Puff

Chloe is a Certified Personal trainer, business owner, body positivity advocate, and mom of two. She started her journey as a dancer, beginning her training at age three. Eventually, she became a professional dancer in Los Angeles, dancing for artists like Nick Jonas, Nicki Minaj, Grimes, and Becky G. After deciding to grow her family, she moved back to Washington in 2015 with her husband and became the studio Director of Kreativ Mndz Dance Complex. Becoming pregnant with her first child inspired her to pursue fitness in addition to her teaching and dance career. She is currently certified through ACE and is a prenatal, postpartum, and weight loss specialist. Her goal is to dismantle women’s societal pressures and expectations through body-positive and weight-neutral training.
