Burpees and Planks
Enjoy getting a total body workout and your heart rate up in this quick 10-minute burner!
Part 1:
5 Minutes:
Every minute, on the minute, perform 10 burpees. Rest the remainder of the minute.
Part 2:
5 Minutes:
Every minute, on the minute, perform 30 seconds plank then 30 seconds rest.
Fun for Kids:
Turn burpees into leapfrog. Perform burpees in a wave – going one by one down the line of the family.
Do circular planks:
- normal plank
- side plank
- table top (belly up)
- side plank
