Confidence & Identity in Motherhood
Meet Andrea Herbert
Coming from a small town with limited opportunity for growth, I moved to Minnesota and pursued life experience and an education. Now in the health and wellness industry for over 14 years, I see how information can be overwhelming and confusing. My wellness philosophy is to simplify the research and apply the basics of whole foods, movement, and mindfulness to daily life.
I am married with 3 beautiful children and we love adventure. I am a marathoner and they all support me in my quest to run a marathon in all 50 states. Pursuing my goals creates opportunities to reflect on my values, priorities, and the never-ending search for balance.
We have the gift of one precious life and I believe that we should confidently pack it full of joy and excitement. The only way to do that is to prioritize yourself and your health so that you can feel your absolute best.
I hold a B.S. in Health & Wellness, am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer. My specialties include exercise and athletic performance, time and stress management, mindful eating, and work/life balance.
