Truth: you cannot separate the brain from the body, nor can you separate the body from the mind. Unless things get weird science around here! Because of the deep and bi-directional relationship between the brain and the body, today’s conversation is so important. Training the mind starts with our guests’ “body-first” approach. Meaning we can use the body to increase our mental fitness, clarity, and resilience.
Joined today by Kacy and Andy Panfil of Fierce Planet Adventures, we get to talk body-first practices and the benefits of getting out in nature. If you’re ready to increase your mental fitness (yes, think bicep curls for your brain), this is a much listen-to conversation. We can almost feel your brain fog beginning to lift now.

Meet Kacy and Andy Panfil
Andy and Kacy Panfil are a married couple on a mission to inspire 1,000,000 people to live a life of purpose, passion, and self-mastery through the five mountains of cutting-edge development and mental fitness.
Their story began 10 years ago when they met and began adventuring together; mountaineering, climbing, canyoneering, and spending as much time outdoors as they could spare. After both working 15 years in the corporate world, their lives were changed when they discovered Unbeatable Mind.
Since then, they have discovered a new purpose and passion to inspire others. In 2019, they sold their possessions and hit the road for adventure and to share their story with the world.
When COVID hit, their plans were once again changed. Shifting fire from sharing travels, they are now focused on helping others find their purpose and discover a new way of living through their work as licensed Unbeatable Mind coaches.
They share their stories and these powerful ideas through Fierce Planet Adventures; podcast, website, and social media platforms as well as 5 Mountain Coaching and social media platforms.
